Cake Decorator
Norwich Deli and Bakery is a full service family owned bakery, deli and European specialty food store. We have an excellent reputation for quality and freshness. Our specialty is European style scratch baking together with our hand decorated cakes and pastries.
Responsibilities
- Provide production support to the pastry and cake department team during peak business times.
- Recipe adherence: follow established recipes while ensuring consistency in taste and appearance of all baked goods.
- Quality Control: maintain high-quality standards by inspecting finished products for imperfections and making necessary adjustments to meet visual and taste expectations.
- Inventory Management: monitor and report inventory levels of decorating supplies, ingredients, and tools to ensure uninterrupted production.
