Job Advertisement Pastry Chef Gumnut Bakery Gumnut Bakery is seeking an experienced Pastry Chef to join our team across our bakery locations in Mittagong, Bowral, and Berrima. We are looking for someone passionate about producing high-quality pastries, cakes, desserts, and baked goods in a busy bakery environment. Key Duties Prepare, bake, and decorate pastries, cakes, desserts, and other baked products Measure, mix, and prepare ingredients according to recipes and production requirements Prepare fillings, creams, icings, glazes, and decorations Monitor baking times, temperatures, and product consistency Ensure all products meet quality, taste, and presentation standards Operate bakery and pastry equipment safely and efficiently Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards Assist with stock control, ordering, and minimising wastage Support the development of new and seasonal pastry products Work with the team to meet daily production targets Requirements Relevant qualifica...
