Responsibilities
- Prepare and present a variety of baked goods including cakes, pastries, and desserts.
- Develop new recipes and menu items that reflect current food trends.
- Ensure all food products are of the highest quality and consistently meet our standards.
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders for supplies as needed.
- Train and supervise kitchen staff on proper techniques and procedures.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area following all health and safety regulations.
