Banjos Bakery is seeking an experienced and reliable Pastry Cook/Chef to join our team. We are looking for someone with strong pastry skills, attention to detail, and a passion for creating high-quality baked products. Key Duties Prepare, bake, and finish pastries, cakes, desserts, and other bakery products Prepare doughs, batters, fillings, creams, icings, glazes, and decorations Follow recipes and production schedules to ensure consistent product quality Monitor baking processes, temperatures, and presentation standards Decorate and present products to meet customer and business expectations Operate bakery equipment safely and maintain work areas Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety standards Assist with stock rotation, ordering, and reducing product wastage Contribute to new product ideas and seasonal menu items Work collaboratively with the bakery team to meet daily production needs Requirements Relevant qualification in Patisserie, Baking, Commercial C...
