**Pastry Chef - State Farm Arena/Levy Restaurants**
**Starting Rate:** $16.50 per hour **.** This is not tipped position.
**Schedule:** Part time schedule; event based. Morning shifts 5:00AM - 9:00AM.
**Requirements: The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years professional pastry or baking experience in a commerical kitchen. Ability to follow recipes and presentation standards correctly.**
**Qualifications**
+ Proven experience as a pastry cook, baker, or in a similar role
+ Familiarity with a variety of doughs, pastires, and dessert techniques
+ Basic knowledge of kitchen equipment (mixers, proofers, ovens)
+ Strong attention to detail in both taste and presentation
+ Demonstrate physical stamina and agility required to be mobile for long periods of time throughout the day.
+ Lift/move materials and equipment up to 50 pounds
