About the Role:At Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center, every patient interaction matters. As a Patient Access Team Lead, you will play an important role in helping patients navigate their care journey with compassion, accuracy, and efficiency from the very first point of contact.
In this role, you will help coordinate the process of scheduling appointments, supporting admissions, communicating with care teams, and ensuring patients receive the information and support they need before coming to Roswell Park. You’ll also serve as a mentor and resource for Patient Access team members, helping create a positive and collaborative environment focused on exceptional patient care.
