The Position:
Orderly team members provide patient transport services to all departments, wards and clinical areasSafe handling of chemical and/or hazardous substances in the performance of cleaning dutiesIdentifying and recording any problems relating to orderly services and/or safetyDecontamination of surfaces after the initial clinical waste spillage has been removed by clinical staffCommunicate effectively with hospital staff, patients and your supervisor Minimum Criteria:
Certificate III in Commercial Cookery is highly desirableMust hold a valid Working with Children CardMust have valid Police CheckPrevious experience in a similar role within a health care facilityAbility to work within a rotating rosterMust have a genuine interest in working with and caring for people
