FYidoctors Tecumseh clinic is looking for a Patient Services Specialist to fill an existing vacancy.
In this role, you’ll deliver exceptional service and support, enhancing the lives of our patients in a dynamic, rewarding environment that values teamwork and collaboration. This position is full‑time, 30–40 hours per week, and the clinic operates Monday through Saturday.
What You’ll Do
- Greet and welcome patients to the clinic, manage patient check‑in and check‑out, and engage with patients in person, by phone, and via email.
- Perform pre‑testing to support comprehensive eye care.
- Coordinate appointments, prepare prescription printouts, and manage billing and payments.
- Manage eyewear pick‑ups and perform minor repairs and adjustments.
