We are seeking an experienced Payments Systems Support Specialist to support and maintain business‑critical payment applications in a high‑availability environment. The ideal candidate will have strong hands‑on experience with HP NonStop systems and payment processing platforms, and be capable of working in a quick‑paced, challenging operational setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Support, monitor, and maintain mission‑critical payment applications across POS, ATM, remote banking, DCC, and FX systems.
- Provide production support for payment platforms running on HP NonStop systems.
- Ensure high availability, performance, and stability of applications supporting financial transactions.
- Troubleshoot complex application and system issues and provide timely resolutions.
