**About the role**
We are looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented Global/Local Payroll and Benefits Analyst to join our People team. You’ll be responsible for managing and coordinating payroll processes across multiple countries—with a strong focus on Brazil—and ensuring compliance with local labor regulations such as CLT, tax laws, and social security contributions.
This is a strategic and hands-on role that supports our operations, working cross-functionally with Finance, Legal, and People teams in the U.S. and Brazil.
