About the Role
We’re looking for a detail‑oriented Payroll & Benefits Analyst to join our team in Montreal. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, enjoys solving problems, and has a solid command of end‑to‑end payroll processing in Canada—particularly Quebec. While payroll will be your primary focus, you’ll also support the administration of employee benefits programs and contribute to process improvements across the HR and Finance functions.
Key Responsibilities
Payroll
- Process full‑cycle, multi‑provincial payroll with a strong emphasis on Quebec payroll requirements.
- Ensure accuracy and compliance with federal and provincial legislation, including CNESST, QPP, QPIP, and Revenu Québec guidelines.
- Maintain payroll records, audit data, and reconcile discrepancies.
