Payroll Specialist
Salary: $80,000 – $95,000
Location: Calgary, Alberta
We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Payroll Specialist to support payroll operations within our industrial construction clients organization. This role is ideal for a senior payroll professional who thrives in a high-volume, fast-paced environment and is comfortable working within a highly manual ERP/payroll structure. You will play a key role in ensuring accurate and compliant payroll processing across multiple employee groups and field locations.
Responsibilities
- Process payroll for between 500-800 employees, both salary and hourly
- Manage hours, overtime, deductions, benefits, taxes, and shift/site premiums
- Administer allowances (LOA, travel, etc.)
- Process ROEs, terminations, and year-end adjustments
- Perform payroll & GL reconciliations...
