Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing, guaranteeing compliance with Mexican labor, tax, and social security regulations, adhering to internal policies, financial and governance controls.
What are we looking for?- 2–4 years of payroll processing experience in Mexico.
- Experience handling payroll for 300 employees.
- Experience with payroll systems (SAP, Workday, Workforce).
- Mexican Federal Labor Law (LFT)
- Social Security Law (IMSS)
- Mexican Income Tax Law (ISR)
- CFDI 4.0 Payroll
- Intermediate Excel
- Intermediate English
- Execute weekly and bi-weekly payroll calculations.
- Execute special payroll calculations (Christmas bonus, vacation premium, profit sharing, etc).
- Ensure accurate and timely payroll incidences processing.
