We are looking for an experienced Payroll Specialist to join our team on a long-term contract basis in Toronto, Ontario. This role is ideal for individuals with a strong background in payroll systems and processes, particularly those familiar with ADP Workforce now. As part of the public sector, you will support payroll and human resource operations and ensure accurate and timely processing while maintaining compliance with relevant regulations.
Responsibilities:
• Verify payroll data to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting support for Ceridian Dayforce payroll systems.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address payroll-related inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
• Prepare and maintain detailed documentation related to payroll processes and system usage.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by assisting employees with payroll and benefits questions.
