Responsibilities
- Run Payroll: Process all employee payrolls, including special payments (bonuses, raises, retroactive pay, and final termination checks).
- Manage Deductions & Compliance: Calculate, validate, and remit all required deductions, taxes, and third‑party payments (e.g., alimony or seizures).
- Customer Service: Answer questions from employees and managers about their pay, solve pay‑related problems, and resolve bank issues (rejections, overpayments).
- Administration: Issue Records of Employment (ROEs), produce financial reports, and ensure all payroll data is accurate and secure.
