Job Description
Responsibilities
- Serve as the dedicated P&C Business Partner for a defined Director-level leadership team, providing end-to-end strategic and operational people support across the full employee lifecycle
- Lead annual P&C programs including year-end compensation planning, performance calibration, and merit review processes in partnership with your Director team
- Facilitate talent reviews and succession planning cycles, identifying high-potential team members, building talent pipelines, and advising leaders on development strategies
- Champion and support AI-driven people initiatives, helping leaders understand and adopt emerging tools and practices that enhance team productivity and the employee experience
- Analyze engagement survey results, partnering with leaders to design and implement meaningful, measurable engagement action plans
