Job Title: PD/Production Assistant – FootwearReports to: PD/Production ManagerRole Overview: The PD/Production Assistant – Footwear supports the day-to-day operations of the Product Development and Production process across seasonal collections, working closely with the PD/Production Manager.This individual will play a critical role in sample coordination, data entry, materials tracking, and cross-functional communication to help ensure timely and high-quality product delivery.Key ResponsibilitiesProduct Development & Sample ManagementAssist in tracking and organizing proto, SMS, PP, and TOP samples.Support preparation of technical specification sheets under the direction of the PD/Production Manager.Attend fittings and take detailed notes and photos; organize records in shared databases.Communicate sample comments to vendor.Help manage footwear sample closets and ensure accurate archiving and labeling of seasonal samples.Coordinate the packing and shipping of samples for market, Sa...
