The Staff Pad is proud to partner with a respected hospice provider in the DFW Metroplex, seeking a compassionate Pediatric RN Case Manager to provide exceptional hospice care to children and their families in the comfort of their homes. Reporting to the Managing Director - Hospice, the Pediatric RN Case Manager, will provide skilled nursing care to pediatric hospice patients while coordinating all aspects of their care. Working alongside an interdisciplinary team, physicians, and community partners, you'll help ensure every child receives compassionate, dignified, and personalized care.
