Leads Pediatrics department in accordance with the Hospital's vision, mission, goals, and objectives. Responsible for the overall administrative activities of the Department in addition to the clinical duties as a consultant.
Responsibilities
Clinical
- Oversee pediatric care and ensure high-quality diagnosis and treatment.
- Supervise staff to provide optimal patient care in line with hospital policies.
- Manage patients directly, coordinate with other departments, and perform procedures/surgeries within privileges.
