Part-time Pediatrician (20 hours) opportunity with a well establish and growing health program.
The position is a permanent (part time) opportunity located in San Jose, CA. Responsibilities include providing primary care to children & adolescents, with emphasis on healing maintenance & preventive care. Site practices a Patient Centered Health Home and all employees are an integral part of this model of care delivery. No call, no weekends, no inpatient, no after hours required!
This multi-site health program provides high quality, culturally competent outpatient care to an underserved patient population, so a rewarding chance to impact the health of a community. Comprehensive services including medical, dental, pharmacy, behavioral health, lab and other community health and outreach programs.
