The People Analytics (PA) Consultant serves as a strategic, client‑facing partner to designated business segments and People Centers of Excellence, translating business priorities into high‑impact people analytics opportunities and embedding data‑driven decision‑making into day‑to‑day people and business processes.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary People Analytics consultant and point of contact for aligned business segments and People Centers of Excellence, building trusted, long‑term partnerships.
- Develop a deep understanding of clients’ strategies, priorities, operating context, and key people challenges.
- Proactively identify and shape high‑impact people analytics opportunities that support client strategies, moving from problem definition through insight to action.
