Responsibilities
- Act as technical P&C subject matter expert for both new and reoccurring initiatives to ensure seamless and on-time delivery (incl. intake, analysis, prioritization, deployment planning, testing, test management, tracking, progress reporting and implementation) for ServiceNow
- Field & direct requests from cross-functional partners for new or changed digital enhancements through our formalized intake process to ensure alignment with our strategic goals for prioritization
- Translate business requirements into functional requirements and influence requirements to reflect ServiceNow capabilities
- Conduct root cause analysis and research to provide solution recommendations to peers & stakeholders
