About the Role
We are seeking a People Operations Manager to shape and elevate the full employee experience across three fast‑growing and innovative companies: PheedLoop (event technology), NordSpace (aerospace), and Genepika (biotechnology).
Day‑to‑Day Responsibilities
- Own the entire employee lifecycle — from recruitment and onboarding to engagement, development, and offboarding.
- Partner with leadership to identify hiring needs and manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes.
- Build and optimize scalable HR processes, tools, and systems across all three companies.
- Develop and manage onboarding programs that set employees up for success.
- Drive initiatives to support employee engagement, culture, and retention.
- Create and maintain performance management and career progression frameworks that foster growth and accountability.
