UnifyCX is growing and looking for a People Strategy (HR) Associate to join our motivated and ambitious team in Barranquilla.
What Will You Do?
As a People Strategy Associate you will support HR governance by coordinating compliance processes and maintaining accurate people data. Provide analytical, administrative, and operational support to enable effective decision-making for the People Strategy leadership team.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute governance and compliance tasks by preparing documentation, updating records, and ensuring accuracy in HR, payroll inputs, and labor‑related files.
- Prepare and consolidate information for labor, social security, and regulatory reports required by regional, integral, or governmental entities.
