YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Plan, set up, and launch global and regional performance marketing campaigns across search, display, and social platforms, adapting content and targeting for local marketsExecute and optimize paid campaigns by monitoring performance, adjusting targeting/bidding/creatives, conducting A/B tests, and collaborating with agencies for creative improvementsTrack and analyze campaign KPIs, engagement, conversions, and lead quality, providing actionable insights to enhance ROI and future campaign performancePrepare and present reports on campaign results, supporting the team’s shift toward data-driven marketing practicesCollaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure campaigns align with business objectives, sharing best practices across the organization YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
