Scope of Work
We are seeking support to advance benefits management and performance measurement activities within a Workforce Management program. This includes refining frameworks, KPIs, baselines, and targets across multiple HR capabilities such as staffing transactions, term extensions, and assignments.
Tasks
- Refine, as needed, performance measurement framework and methodological approaches and designs as part of the HMP Program, including capability‑specific KPIs, baselines, and targets.
- Refine and develop, as needed based on specific released capability, performance measurement indicators, measures, benchmarks, and tools for the project and the program.
