Senior Manager – Performance & Restructuring

Responsibilities
- Actively participate in business development activities to expand relationships and source new mandates.
- Help develop and implement turnaround or realization plans to maximize recoveries for stakeholders.
- Conduct financial analysis and develop financial and cash‑flow forecasts, including detailed models and sensitivity analysis.
- Apply business acumen to develop or assess business plans supporting turnaround initiatives.
- Work with additional advisors to integrate tax, regulatory and legal considerations into turnaround or realization plans.
