Performance Testing LeadLocation: Mexico (Mexico City) – Hybrid as per Infosys Mexico policyTime Zone: CST/ESTKey Responsibilities:Drive Strategic initiatives and improvements/innovations with respect to performance testing and engineeringAbility to define Non Functional Requirements, regularly conduct Volumetric Analysis independently with minimal support from Business and Technical StakeholdersAbility to drive and handle both release based and program based performance engineering tasksAbility to drill down into performance issues with multi-tier investigation and conduct root case analysis and provide recommendations with minimal supportProficient in Performance Scripting Tools such as Jmeter, Loadrunner, Neoload etc.Use APM tools (e.g. Splunk, Grafana, Datadog) to monitor real-time performance and identify system trends.Develop performance baselines and KPIs to measure ongoing system health.Communicate performance updates, issues, risks, and solutions to stakeholders and leadership...
