You are the voice of our company. You plan what we say, when we say it, and how. You work directly with the founders. You sit in on BD calls when venues and event operators come on board. You know what's launching next week before it launches because you helped shape how it goes out. This is not a post-and-report job. It is a build-and-own job. What you will do: Content calendar. Plan a month in advance. Know which events are going live, what stories we can tell around them, what Pune is talking about that week. Build the calendar, brief the team, execute against it. Instagram and WhatsApp. These are our two biggest channels right now. Instagram for discovery. WhatsApp for conversion. You manage both with the same level of intent. Meta ads. Run Pune-targeted campaigns. Know the difference between a brand awareness creative and a conversion creative.
