Household Operations: Oversee daily residence operations and deliver bespoke butler services, including fine dining service, complete wardrobe care, laundry management, and personal assistance to the Principal. Team Supervision: Lead and supervise housekeeping and domestic staff to consistently maintain 5-star service and estate standards. Property & Vendor Management: Direct household maintenance and repairs, serving as the main point of contact for external contractors, service providers, drivers, and gardeners. Inventory & Event Planning: Manage household stock, supplies, and procurement while coordinating logistics for domestic events and gatherings. Concierge & Travel: Handle travel arrangements, daily transportation, high-end reservations, and personalized concierge requests.
