- Meet the savings and credit needs of members, including mortgages.
- Manage business relationships, assess satisfaction and service quality, follow up on these relationships, and identify areas for improvement.
- Advise members and clients on personalized strategies and work with them to set well‑defined and measurable financial goals.
- Stay on top of the latest financial news and track market trends and best practices to enrich your advice and anticipate clients’ needs.
- Represent the financial institution to partners and the public by participating in community activities.
