In This Role You Will Be Responsible For
- Develop and maintain positive client relations
- Provide a positive demeanor and outlook in customer management and service
- Collaborate with Underwriters daily and maintain strong, positive relationships
- Review property appraisal reports and identify recommendations
- Manage E-Docs/Renewal lists and handle accordingly
- Manage client policy renewals and re-market existing clients when necessary
