POSITION DESCRIPTION:
Schedule: Full-time daytime position
ROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist and/or accompany residents in getting around
- Contribute to the adjustment of a residents' action plan based on their observations
- Contribute to the development of a residentsè action plan based on their observations
- Distribute medication in pill organizers and provide some invasive care (as needed and provided you have the necessary training)
- Respond to all emergency situations
- While interacting with them, report any noticeable changes in a residents mental or physical health to the on-call nurse. ...
