About the Opportunity
Under the direct supervision of the Manager Clinical Services, the Pharmacist will participate in the provision of direct pharmaceutical care to inpatients and outpatients as a member of the interdisciplinary care team. Duties include patient counseling, medication monitoring, student mentoring, drug utilization reviews, liaison with community pharmacists, and education/drug information. The Pharmacist participates in any clinical pharmacy research in which the Clinical Division Manager is involved.
