About the Opportunity
Under the direct supervision of the Manager Clinical Services, the Pharmacist will participate in the provision of direct pharmaceutical care to inpatients and outpatients as a member of the interdisciplinary care team. Duties include patient counseling, medication monitoring, student mentoring, drug utilization reviews, liaison with community pharmacists, and education and drug information. The pharmacist will also participate in clinical pharmacy research as directed by the Clinical Division Manager.
