About the Opportunity
Reporting to the Manager of Clinical Pharmacy Services, the Pharmacist is responsible for ensuring safe and effective drug therapy by participating in and overseeing drug distribution systems (inpatient and outpatient), supervising pharmacy support staff, and identifying and resolving drug‑related problems. The Pharmacist provides clinical pharmacy services including drug regimen review, medication reconciliation, pharmacokinetic monitoring, individual and group patient medication teaching, drug information, and educational programs.
