Job Summary:
Assumes the day-to-day responsibilities of a staff pharmacist in preparing and dispensing medication in compliance with state and federal law and established organizational policies and procedures.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Temporary position from 8/1/26-12/31/26. Occasional supervision of pharmacy support staff during evenings and weekend shifts Performs other duties as necessary as identified by the Director of Pharmacy. Read and interpret physician’s orders. Establish and maintain patient profiles in conjunction with the Pharmacy Technician; assess drug interactions on each patient as alerted by the computer.
