Pharmacy In-Charge
The Pharmacy In-Charge is responsible for the overall management of the hospital pharmacy, ensuring safe, effective, and timely dispensing of medicines while maintaining compliance with regulatory and hospital policies.
1. Pharmacy Operations Management
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the pharmacy department.
- Ensure timely dispensing of medications to inpatients and outpatients.
- Monitor workflow and maintain smooth pharmacy services 24/7.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
2. Inventory and Stock Management
- Maintain adequate stock levels of medicines and consumables.
- Monitor expiry dates and ensure proper stock rotation (FIFO/FEFO).
- Coordinate procurement and replenishment of medicines.
