Reporting
The Phase 3 Clerkship Site Lead, Internal Medicine (Thunder Bay), reports to the Associate Dean, UME. Collegial and collaborative supervision, leadership, and guidance, including delegation of the tasks and contribution to performance review, will be by the Assistant Dean, Clinical Education, and Internal Medicine Section Chair.
Responsibilities
- Participate in Internal Medicine Section meetings/communications, providing updates and opportunities to gather input from section members on UME Internal Medicine clerkship rotation to support all functions of this role.
- Ensures, personally or through other faculty and staff, that clerkship students are oriented to the specific clerkship for which they are Lead.
