The PhD scholar position will be part of the PhD program at the Business School (PhD in Social Sciences, specialization Business Administration, Innovation and Governance). The successful applicant is expected to complete a doctoral degree during the period of employment. The position is three years full-time but can be extended to four years if teaching assignments are included.
The position is affiliated with the Strategy, Innovation and Marketing group at Oslo Business School. The groups research covers a broad range of topics, including strategy, digitalization, innovation and entrepreneurship, marketing, and communication. Researchers in the group uses a variety of research methods, including surveys, experiments, and qualitative methods. The research conducted within the group explicitly aims to contribute to both theory and practice.
