Priority Care Rehab Staffing is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist (PT) to join our skilled nursing facility (SNF) team in New York City.
Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality physical therapy services to adult and geriatric patients in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) setting
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary rehabilitation team to deliver patient-centered care
- Maintain accurate and timely electronic documentation
Requirements:
- Active New York Physical Therapist license
- Current BLS/CPR certification
- SNF experience preferred
Compensation & Perks:
- $50-$60/hour (based on experience)
