**Program Manager - Physical Therapist -Outpatient**

**Setting:** Assisted Living, Independent Living, Outpatient,
Lovely Community - Work with higher functioning residents
**Schedule:** Monday to Friday, No Weekends, No Evenings
Hourly Rate: $36 to $45 an hour
