Job Title: Physiotherapist SPF EI Department: Early Intervention Program Reports To: Manager - EI Location: Bengaluru Job Type: Full-time Job Summary: As a Physiotherapist SPF in the Early Intervention Program, you will play a pivotal role in strengthening and scaling quality rehabilitation services through partner organizations. You will mentor field therapists, build capacities, monitor service quality, and work alongside partner NGOs to ensure comprehensive, sustainable, and high-impact interventions for Children with Special Needs (CwSN). Key Responsibilities: 1. Comprehensive Rehabilitation through Partner Organizations Supervise, monitor, and evaluate the early intervention (EI) therapy services delivered by partner organizations.
