Elevate your career with our Complex Care Rehabilitation Program as a Physiotherapist focusing on trauma and burns. This role includes an alternating Sunday shift and emphasizes a patient-centered methodology.
As a key member of our interprofessional team, you will prioritize patient outcomes through comprehensive assessments and the formulation of tailored care plans. Educating patients and families will be a cornerstone of your role, and you will actively participate in routine team meetings and quality initiatives to enhance care delivery. You will also supervise assistants and provide mentorship to students in physiotherapy.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform detailed assessments to inform care plans
• Deliver patient and family education throughout treatment
• Evaluate and track patient progress for effective outcomes
• Lead and supervise Physiotherapist Assistants under your guidance
• Participate actively in team meetings and clinical rounds
