Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Piping Engineer to join our team. This role is based in our Calgary office with occasional travel to project sites as required.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform piping stress analysis using Caesar II software.
- Conduct stress analysis for both above-ground and underground pipeline systems.
- Evaluate nozzle loading on static mechanical equipment.
- Perform piping stress assessments in accordance with ASME B31.1, B31.3, B31.4, and CSA Z662 standards.
- Support piping material procurement by preparing and reviewing Material Requisitions (MRs) and Technical Bid Evaluations (TBEs), ensuring technical accuracy and compliance.
- Analyze piping systems for major pipeline applications, including high-pressure steam lines, produced emulsion lines, produced gas or vapour lines, and natural gas pipelines.
