Key Responsibilities
- Deliver effective and efficient customer service.
- Resolve conflicts to maintain good guest and employee relations.
- Oversee human resources issues and support staff development initiatives.
- Manage Tables staff to achieve and maintain a high and consistent level of job performance and customer service.
- Maintain and review staff schedules and report all shift activity.
- Generate feedback from Tables staff and communicate feedback to management.
- Work closely with department managers, staff, and external regulatory authorities to ensure the smooth operation of the gaming floor.
