Key Responsibilities:
• Thoroughly review job specifications for estimation
• Lead site walk-throughs to determine accurate measurements
• Generate material and labor take-offs via software
• Communicate requirements with clients and stakeholders
• Coordinate with suppliers for accurate pricing
