We now have an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated individual to join our Pullet Rearing business as a Planning and Production Co-Ordinator.
The Role:
Coordinate the planning and scheduling of the pullet rearing programme, including chick placements, pullet transfers, and feed management throughout the production cycle; Liaise with rearing farms, laying farm customers, nutritionists, technical teams, transport providers, and internal departments to ensure efficient operations and clear communication; Support high standards of flock performance, operational efficiency, and customer service through effective planning and coordination.
