Key Responsibilities
- Partner with the Plant Manager and leadership team to drive financial and operational performance.
- Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and plant performance tracking.
- Analyze costing, margins, variances, manufacturing efficiency, and inventory performance to deliver actionable insights.
- Support CAPEX, automation, investment decisions, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Manage site accounting, general ledger accuracy, standard costing, and internal control processes.
- Coordinate internal and external audits, including SAT, Social Security, Customs, EY, and KPMG.
