Link-Worldwide is seeking an HR Plant Lead for its facility in Tecate, Mexico. This role will be pivotal in delivering strategic HR solutions and organizational support. The HR Plant Lead will work closely with the LATAM HR Business Partner and local HR team, ensuring effective employee engagement, change management, and coaching for the onsite HRG.
The ideal candidate possesses at least a Bachelor’s degree and 4-5 years of HR experience in a manufacturing environment, coupled with strong interpersonal skills and knowledge of Mexican labor laws.
